The design is timeless, classic and embraces its storied walls, the local neighbourhood, while incorporating modern touches to support today’s world. Sustainability and efficiencies are practiced throughout the hotel, everything from a heavy plant section of the menu, biodegradable products, water filters to avoid plastic, paperless registration and menus.

Hart Howerton: Shortlisted for Hotel Under 200 Rooms – The Americas Award

Hart Howerton worked closely with Miraval Austin to create a new, luxury resort that embodies the Texas Hill Country style and the essence of a spiritual spa retreat. Hart Howerton served as resort-wide designer for the project – including interior design, architecture, and landscape architecture – as well as leading the graphic design of the extensive wayfinding program. The design team collaborated with Clodagh in the execution of the interior design of the spa building on the property.
