AN EXTRAORDINARY TIME… BUT A TIME TO LOOK WITHIN OUR HEARTS TO FIND ANSWERS FOR THE FUTURE

Throughout my journey I’ve had many ups and downs, and I’ve noticed how easy it is to fall in distress and let our fears and insecurities take over. But I have also been able to realise that life works in cycles, just like chapters in a book. And for something new to arise, the old needs to come to an end. In a fast paced world where we are often presented with instant gratification stimuli, it is easy to forget that. 

I believe this is a big transition period for the world, a period that requires patience, trust and surrendering to the unknown. This is an extraordinary time where from the blends of the East to the West, the world is more and more connected every day, and it’s an opportunity to look deep within us and into our hearts to search for the answers of the future, new ways of living and working together. It’s a period to ask ourselves as individuals – what does the best version of myself look like ten years from now? What would a utopian world look like? And taking steps towards that, towards our passions and aspirations, towards our health and well being, towards less pain and suffering. Knowing that it’s a process, just like anything else: it takes practice, dedication and determination.

It’s about letting go of judgement, of both ourselves and others. To give ourselves the permission to make mistakes, forgive, learn, change and grow. Knowing that we all have different perspectives, have walked on different paths, and we are all in this together, trying to understand who we are and the miracle of how we came to be.

There is a lot of work ahead of us towards a more sustainable and united future. In moments of transition, I believe self reflection is key to reevaluating what we have been holding onto, what we want to let go of, and setting our intentions towards what we want to create for our future.

So pause, take a deep breath, and remember we all come from the same creative essence of life. The power is within us to create the new future ahead of us. This is the beginning of a new era, so why not let hope and positivity lead the way? After all, our lives thrive when we are enjoying the journey – not racing to the finishing line.
