design et al – supporting the global design community
Lux Group Holdings (owner of Smallbone of Devizes), have now launched an alternative to their showroom appointment design service through their very own virtual design concept that enables clients to virtually meet their talented designers for a full immersive design experience in the comfort of their own home.
Recreating a conventional meeting online, this gives clients access to all of the assets of a showroom meeting and the ability to make decisions at every important stage of the design process.
Bob Moore, COO, comments: ‘These virtual appointments and consultations allow us to collaborate one-on-one with our valued clients using sophisticated audio and visual technology. We are currently rescheduling all showroom and in-home meetings with a complimentary virtual design consultation’
Clients and designers will be able to screen share and discuss their project design plus all the finer details including appliances, internals of cabinetry, colour palette and specific fittings. A hand drawn colour illustration alongside fully drawn up plans and elevations will showcase the look and content of all spaces and clients will be able to have full access to our materials library, brochures and enjoy a 360 degree virtual tour of our showroom.
This new way of client interaction will form the main part for all appointments for the foreseeable future and already has been a resounding success.
