Lipari Design Inc has been shortlisted for Interior Design Scheme – Canada Award in The International Design and Architecture Awards 2021.

Aquablu is a place where you can truly be yourself in surroundings that calm the body and recharge the spirit. The proximity to the river is felt in the air and reflected in the architecture. Designed by Lipari Design Inc, the bright and contemporary suites of Aquablu Phase 2 exude an East Coast inspired luxe.

All materials, appliances and plumbing fixtures used for the project have been carefully selected by Lipari Design for their superior quality. Inspired by Miami beaches, the goal of this development was to provide a modern and upscale result. In addition to having designed all the units of the Aquablu Phase 2, Lipari Design Inc. has also implemented its customization expertise for each of them.

The tower is located in a coveted sector of Sainte-Dorothée, facing the Rivière des Prairies. The restorative benefits of living near water are well-known: reduced stress, lower heart rate, and an overall sense of well-being that complements the stunning views and limitless horizons. All generously sized suites offer an incomparable brightness with a south orientation. Not only does the concept work well with its environment, but also with its location. Aquablu benefits as much from its waterside view as from its nearby malls, grocery stores and restaurants.

One of Lipari Design’s goals in the Aquablu Phase 2 conception was to integrate the outdoors indoor. Every aspect has been thought to minimize the separation between the two environments. Notably, the building with 1,000 feet of riverfront allowed us to install an impressive surface of floor to ceiling windows. The fountains, basins, green roof and the inviting pool deck also amplify this feeling. Arranged with specially selected materials, the landscape perfectly complements the design, becoming one with the interior.

Considering all the components, down to the smallest detail, this project materializes into an impressive and distinguished work of art that does not go unnoticed. The perfect combination of refined interior design, remarkable appliances and fixtures, and the breath-taking view makes the project of exceptional quality.
