Fleeman Chateau by Goddard Design Group

Inspiration for the chateau home of Bill and Jeannie Fleeman materialized from their extensive travels to Paris and the countryside of France. Loving the Loire Valley, the Fleemans purchased a 300-acre site overlooking a lush valley in Rogers, Arkansas, and began planning their French-inspired compound. Unfortunately, during the construction process, Bill became ill and passed away after a two-year battle with cancer. Jeannie ultimately decided to finish the chateau in remembrance of her loving husband and selected Chris Goddard of Goddard Design Group to assist her with completion of the dream home the couple had envisioned.

Kolomuo by de Reus Architects

Set alongside an 1801 lava flow on the Leeward Coast of Hawaii’s Big Island, the 8,000 square foot, four-bedroom Kolomuo Residence was designed with a modern island architectural style that connects the homeowner to nature, the region and the local culture. Informed by modernism and experience in Hawaii, de Reus Architects used Japanese design philosophies and a sense of restraint as the driving factors underpinning the aesthetics of the home.
