PROPERTY AWARDS CEREMONY

FRIDAY 8th SEPTEMBER, THE GREAT ROOM, JW MARRIOTT GROSVENOR HOUSE, LONDON

ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED:

TIMINGS:

Staggered Arrival and Pre-dinner drinks reception (from 7.30 pm* – we will advise of your precise arrival time)

• Please arrive promptly to ensure a smooth and safe check in process.
• Please ensure you register at the welcome desk on arrival so that we may check you off the guest list and provide you with your seating arrangements. Printed tickets are not issued.
• Please ensure you arrive at The Great Room entrance on Park Lane.

Call for dinner (8:15pm*)

• A 3-course dinner with wines and coffee will be served.
• Please ensure you have provided dietary requirements prior to the evening.

Awards Presentation commences (10:45pm*)

• Please ensure that you are seated at your tables.
• Winners will be invited to the stage to accept an Award and say a few words. They should then go straight to the bar area for their photograph.

The final accolade of the evening (12am*)

• The International Designer of the Year will be announced.

The After Party (12:30am*)

Please note the dress code is strictly black tie and evening dresses.

If you haven’t yet supplied your guest names and dietary requirements to your Awards Coordinator for the event, you can let us know by using the button below. These details must be received ASAP to secure your place on the guestlist.

Tickets are priced at £350 each, including VAT.

PREMIER TABLES

There are a limited number of Premier Tables available for the Awards Ceremony. Many Premier Tables have already been sold, so we advise making your reservation ASAP.

Premier Tables can seat 8 to 12 guests and are placed in a central prominent location and will be exclusive to your company.

8 Guests – £2800

10 Guests – £3500

12 Guests – £4200
