Minthis is situated among five million square metres of breathtakingly beautiful protected Cypriot landscape. From award-winning luxury residences, to golf, fine dining, wellness, nature and adventure, this authentic residential retreat redefines holistic living.

Situated on a protected Natura 2000 site, Minthis homes have been designed to respect and sit lightly on the landscape. Striking stone facades blend seamlessly with indigenous Mediterranean planting, large windows reflect the endless sky and frame incomparable views, and an abundance of outdoor spaces encourage life al fresco.

Inside, the open-plan interiors are flooded with natural sunlight and sliding doors open to let in the fresh perfumed mountain air. Warm and neutral tones with the latest high-quality fixtures and fittings subtly embellish and enhance life, conveying understated luxury that lets the free-flowing spaces speak for themselves.

This Electra design has been customised to the clients’ lifestyle preference. In this design there are designated areas that can be personalised and designed with unique features such as Sauna and Steam room, Home Gym, Home Cinema, Wine Cellar, library or Office or a Maids room.

Electra has been designed to perfectly nestle against the hillside, the infinity pool and light filled living spaces can be found on the upper floor and are perfect for family get-togethers and entertaining friends. With large, open-plan spaces and a kitchen that opens onto large patio and external social area with BBQ and wood fire oven Electra is perfect for entertaining. The master bedroom is also on this level and the three ground floor bedrooms embrace nature, opening out onto a lawn, making the most of the stunning panoramic views.

The architectural forms are intuitive, letting nature be the luxury. The spirit of traditional mountain villages – their simplicity, their community and their oneness with their surroundings – echoes within the modern sophistication of each structure and space.

Innovative sustainability is a key feature of this resort and the homes within it, using local materials where possible, creative use of landform, inert ground covers, appropriately selected plant species and sustainable irrigation techniques.
