Elicyon was commissioned to design and project manage the complete refurbishment of this stunning 4-bedroom home in London’s One Hyde Park development. The apartment was completely remodelled to suit the client’s every desire and finished in an industrial luxe style. Almost every item in the property was designed bespoke by the Elicyon team to create the ultimate in luxury living.

The clients love of art was a key aspect of the design brief and was successfully brought to life with amazing pieces that were woven into the scheme of the interior design. The grand marble entrance is adorned with the beautiful sculptural work of Helaine Blumenfeld which draws you in to this sleek and stylish apartment. Colourful and playful works by modern contemporary artists such as Koon, Warhol and Banksy are situated in the more playful areas of the house, and so on.

Elicyon also created a bespoke drinks cabinet, tailored to the exact brief provided by the client. The client provided a scenario account of how and when this item would be used and come into play, and the designers envisaged and brought to life a piece that reflected every inch of his specification. It has separate compartments for different types of beverages and snacks to suit varying occasions, and the sleek beauty of the piece turns it into an artwork in and of itself.

The compelling and striking interior design, influenced by the client’s style, is an example of the ultimate in luxury modern living. The communication between the design team and client was strong which led to a detailed and insightful design process and effectively, a highly successful execution of the project. Elicyon had established clarity in terms of the objectives for the end product early on in the design process.
