A lifestyle custom kitchen created for any family to reminisce the past, indulge in the present and entertain in the future.

Royalty Construction wanted their next premium home to be completely unique in style, whilst focusing on the kitchen to have an eye-catching statement that made for a lasting impression.

Considering this design was not for a specific client, Royalty Construction really had to keep in mind all different types of families and what the potential buyer’s needs and style might be. The objective was to create a kitchen that had an aged New York loft feel, with a touch of masculine, but still forever classy and most of all functional. The custom metal barn doors in a matte black with satin etched glass became the focal point in building this style. It created a fun yet sophisticated feel for upper cabinets.

Having already developed custom stain colours for the walnut doors and pine planking, it beautifully tied together with the refined industrial style of the barn doors. The grey quartz countertops that were to resemble concrete helped with adding that masculinity feel and emphasizing the incredible 5’x10′ island which is ideal for hosting any gathering or simply a baker’s dream become a reality.

Another major contribution to this kitchen was having professional level appliances that fit every lifestyle. With Bertazzoni’s forward design and precision in cooking to SubZero’s outstanding lasting engineering. Being able to create symmetry is always an amazing feature to add into any design, the SubZero fully integrated fridge allowed for the cabinetry to stand out as almost as if it were a piece of furniture. The timelessness of the white brick really added that calm familiar element to the overall feel in this refined industrial kitchen.
