IDEA International Make The 2021 Shortlist
Marvellous Penthouse – IDEA International was commissioned to design and project manage the complete refurbishment of this stunning 4-bedroom penthouse located in Sofia, Bulgaria. The apartment was completely remodelled to suit the client’s every desire, with almost every item including the lighting feature in the living area being designed bespoke by the IDEA team.

The latest project to be shortlisted for Luxury Residence – Europe Award 2021…
Patriarch Ponds Residence by Design Bureau of Marina Putilovskaya – The “Patriarch Pond” Residence stands on the banks of a cascade of ponds, surrounded by a pine forest in the beautiful Moscow countryside. This location has enabled the main material for this luxury residence to be of cedar wood whilst expanding over 1800 square metres. The image of the house was completed by a thatched roof, which emphasised the environmental friendliness of construction and perfectly blends this house into the surrounding landscape.
Look Back At 2020
CLE DE MAISON were engaged to complete the full interior design package by the clients for their new penthouse apartment, set on a prestigious central setting in Vilnius, Lithuania. The clients wanted to be wowed by colour and pattern, CLE DE MAISON were able to experiment with bold colours and prints throughout the apartment. The clients wanted to have an ambience of a Gucci shop in their home.
